WPA - EICC location and contact data is not loaded into WPA

The location and contact (name, email, phone), authorizer (name, title, email, phone) fields are not loaded into WPA.   These fields are needed for reporting and are not available.  Please add this data to WPA database.

The contact and location in WPA may not be the same as the contact and location data in the EICC.
