WPA - Material % does not recalculate while editing

When editing an 'unreleased' material, the percentage is not recalculated to reflect the new percentage.   The percentage must equal 100%.   The user does not know if the % is correct until attempting to release the material.   WPA should recalulate the percentage and display an error if it does not equal 100% or even better, display the newly calculated percentage value.
