WPA-Supplier Contact Primary flag not updated via file

When you Upload Supplier from File, the Contact Primary flag can be set to Yes.   If multiple contacts are in the file for 1 supplier and no Primary flag is set, the last Contact in the file is set to Yes.   If you then change the Primary flag in the file and re-upload the Supplier from File, the Contact Primary flag is NOT updated in WPA.  The user must go to the Supplier Information screen and manually Edit the Contact and set the Primary flag.

The system should allow the Supplier file to be re-loaded and update the Contact Primary flag from the file.
