WPA - Supplier Contact phone number should be able to contain periods

When a Supplier Contact is uploaded from File, if the contact phone number contains periods, the periods do not display on the Supplier Contact list.  The phone number only contains the numbers and no periods (123.456.7890 is changed to 1234567890).  If the contact FAX number contains periods, the periods do display on the Supplier Contact list.   Both phone numbers should have the same behavior.  If a dash is entered in either phone or FAX number (123-456-7890), the dashes are displayed correctly on the Supplier Contact list.
