WPA - cannot search for Supplier Request that has been rejected

User cannot see that a supplier (or supplier part) request has been rejected from the WPA Supplier (or Supplier Part) Request search.    The user must open the request to see that the request has been rejected.  Another alternative for the user is to search for supplier or supplier part to see the status.

WPA needs the ability to search for requests where the file has been rejected.
