Need the ability to cc or bcc one or more specified user on emails generated (request. upload. reject, cancellation, error, approval) by the system.   The user should be able to specify from the UI who to cc or bcc on the email in addition to what was specified in the configuration of the email.   The system should provide the sendor a method of adding themselves or not (such as by having a checkbox).
