WPA - need ability to remove BOMs and BOM Verdicts

If a user uploaded a BOM using BOM AVL (which creates the BOM permanently) instead of Upload BOM from File (which creates the BOM in temporary tables that are deleted regularly), WPA needs to the ability to remove the BOM from the system.    The same is true of any Upload BOM from File where the user has selected Save BOM (which creates the BOM in the permanent table) or Saved the BOM Status Report (which creates the BOM verdict in the permanent table).  WPA needs the ability to remove BOMs and BOM verdicts from the permanent tables.
