WPA - provide sample upload files and instructions

WPA needs to provide xls files to create the load file and instructions on how to convert the file to a txt file to be loaded.  (users cannot do their editing in a .txt file).   Better yet, allow all uploads to use xls format (some upload options do and some don't).

The Help is helpful in identifying what data goes in what field, but samples are needed to get the user started.

Can you please identify which parsers you are referring to, and in particular, which are most used/important?

We are using the following upload files:   Supplier, BOM AVL, Substances, Substance Category Synonym, Substance Mapping, Substance Identification Updates

Note that Material is able to use an .xls file.    All of the parsers should be able to do that.
