WPA needs to provide the ability to automatically send an email to the supplier when a EICC or IPC uploaded is Rejected. The email should include the Rejection Comments that were entered so the supplier is aware of what needs to be corrected and so they are required to resubmit a file. The email needs to be able to be configured (for example, the person that Rejected the file is CC on the email).
