WQS: Username behaviour on sub-tables

When removing a user from WQS, all the references to that user's name are removed from the sub-tables.  However their name is kept on the FRACAS Incidents table.

I would like it if the sub-tables behaved in the same way, keeping the user's name even if the account has been removed.
