Some API methods to create users & other tasks found in Administrator tool would be a cool addition for future releases of Windchill Quality Solutions Enterprise.

Programmatic creation of user accounts via the API would be great for domain user additions and migrations. It's doable via Oracle but modifying the database directly is a bit of a dangerous way to go about it!
