This utility is lacking important functionality which was included when the utility was part of the Pro/Intralink 3.x migration tool.

The missing functionality are

- Lookup existing partsparts based upon auto associate preferences. Shall support lookup of part number without extension (CAD Doc number=1234.prt, Part Number=1234)

- Create new parts based upon auto associate preferences (ex drop extension for parts)

- Build structures according to build preferences
