Workgroup Manager Toolkit to support listeners on Checkin and Checkout events. Current listeners only support Import Document and Save events but extremely helpful to have Pre/Post Checkin and Checkout event listener in WWGM Toolkit application. This shall effectively enable us to process CAD Model quality checks during before checkin happens. This is inline with Creo ModelCHECK (MC) gatekeeper functionality.

This shall better model quality for 3rd party supported CAD application that integrate with Windchill WGM.
