Today when creating work instructions, there is no exact method to know what will be fetched in the picture for the illustration.
The only way to get an understanding of how the view will look like in the WI is to look on the thumbnail, this is actually what will be shown. This you only see after saved annotation, and does not meet the requirements of accurrate control what to be shown.
Instead it is suggested to have support in the visualization window showing what will actually be fetched as the picture/illustration for the WI:
For engineers working with the design and layouts of the visualization in WI, it is crucial to have full control of how it will look like and maximize the area for the picture. Todays support is not efficient and results in cumbersome, time consuming and error prone method, regardless of the future solution for generating illustrations will be as today with "external" creo view applet, or as embedded in WC, this support is needed.
