Two ideas for improvements to the Weibull module:
1) Add a comments column in the Weibull Data Points table to allow the user to enter notes about individual failure points. (use case: importing the actual wording of the failure mode for each failure)
2) Allow cells/rows in the Weibull Data Points table to be formatted. (use case: color code rows that used the same failure mode wording)
3) Allow a custom line be drawn on a Weibull Plot to show visually where the graph passes thru a particular probability or a particular time.
4) Show the Beta and Eta for the entire dataset when Competing Failure Modes is chosen.
5) Allow for RBD to link to a dataset that is marked as having Competing Failure Modes.
