When "Save as" a WTPart, add the option to keep or not its related documents, or save them as new.

When "Save as" a WTPart, add the option to keep or not its related documents, or save them as new.

Now, when a new WTPart is created through the "save as" action, the related documents of the original WT Part are always kept.

It would be very useful if I have the option to reuse, create new reference or not keep the related documents.
