When transforming an eBOM into an mBOM using the MAPSB, the organization and the location of the eBOM should propagate to the mBOM.

Right now, for the mBOM,

1) the location will default to the top level of the eBOM's product. It should default to the same folder that the eBOM is located in.

2) the organization will default to default organization of Windchill. It should default to the same organization of the eBOM.
