Where used reporting and tables should include document to document relationships (document usage)

Mulit-level where used may start at a child document, traverse up document usage, to document references and part references all the way up to the top level end item.  Boston Scientific (Medical Device Industry) needs this for regulatory reporting of Model Affected by a Change.
