While importing BOM excel sheet shows validation succeeded but no object is showing in Preview page

While importing BOM excel sheet that time it shows validation succeeded but no object is showing in Preview page. When we checked failed import job log, then it is showing 'you do not have necessary permission for WTpart'. It should give error during validation of excel sheet rather than showing Validation Succeeded.

As validation succeeded which means no error in data maintained excel sheet so it it difficult to find error.
