Within the new Business Rule Framework introduced with 10.1 M020, it would be very helpful when the Attribute rule could also be configured to check the attribute values of WTPartUsageLinks. A common UseCase is to check whether e.g. each link to a member of an assembly that is going to be released has a line number attribute value defined.

Currently this can not be achieved without a customization.

Steelcase has created a few business rules that not only check that attributes have values but that the values adhere to some additional logic.  This would be a great enhancement to the BR framework.
