In the batch print UI there is a required field for the Job Name, this fills in automatically when initially selecting a drawing....but when you select a WTPart it is blank and the user needs to fill in that space with something. To utilize full functionality of batch print you must start with a WTPart. Please change functionality to automatically fill in the Job Name field with the same functionality that is present currently when selecting a drawing to print. Just an FYI: over the last two years we have printed 75,000 + drawings and NEVER have had an issue with printing not completing, so I am not sure that this field is even required.
