Windchill FTA: CCF in Lambda Tau

In PTC Windchill FTA, common cause failure (CCF) modeling, for example the beta factor model, can only be used in Time-Dependent FTA. In the Lambda Tau  mode it is not possible to model CCFs.

I would strongly suggest to also make CCF modeling possible in the Lambda Tau mode for FTA modeling. This would help me a lot since I almost only make time-independent FTA, for which Lambda Tau can be used, however I need to make use of common cause failure modelling.

try using time dependent fta with the basic events option "failure with periodic inspection". With tau --> maintenance interval, this could be a workaround.

If I remember correctly, the intention of the lambda tau feature was just to make things simpler.
