We had a designer accidentally delete a workspace as he selected delete instead of activate a workspace and didn't check the dialog box (see attachment). The two choices are right next to each other, so a mistake could easily be made. The PTC help person said there is an additional delete button at the top of the menu which requires the box in front of the workspace be selected prior to selecting the delete button.
My improvement would be to add the activate workspace button at the top just to the right of the lock, unlock buttons. And then eliminate the two that are right next to each other. Spreading the buttons apart would make it less easier to accidentally select the wrong one.
