Windchill QS / Relex, We need the "lambda die" and "lambda package" failure rate separately and want to use those data for FMEA calculation on IEC 62380 model calculation.

Whenever we calculate an IC failure rate by using the IEC 62380 model.
Windchill QS / Relex calculate the total amount of failure rate which include lambda die and lambda package.
We need a separate data so that we can use such data in FMEA calculation.
Please see the following screen capture.
We want to insert those data into the item failure rate .
We have to calculate "lambda die" and "lambda package" manually and define "Item failure rate percentage" .
It wastes time actually.

We hope we can get those data separately and automatically create FMEA form from FMEA tree item.

here is a workaround:

In the FMEA modes library, proceed like shown in the image below. This is an approximation because it is insensitive to temperature changes: FMPercentage.jpg
