The following is a long running “annoyance”…this window….

It opens small and is non-expandable/resizable.

This is the Format Builder pop-up window, but applies to any of the pop-ups with the same restrictions.

It also opens in the upper left corner versus the center of the active window.

Suggestion:

Make window expandable/resizable.

Open in middle of active window.

Reason:

List is large and requires excessive scrolling.

Resizing is common for pop-up windows.
