Windchill Rest Services not support filter NPA (Non-Persisted Attributes) & SCA（Server Calculated Attribute) now, nonFilterable Propertry does not work. But base on business requiremennt, need to filter these attribute. Need to make them filterable, for example, postalAddress attribute of WTUser.

Definitely makes sense to have the exact same information also available in REST!
