1. When creating a new project in Windchill Risk & Reliability, provide an option to the user which allows them to select the Group(s) that will have access to the new project.
2. For previously created Projects: When the user enters Project Properties for the entire Project and changes the Group access, then ALL System Files should inherit the access rights.
The default for new projects is all Groups - this is *NOT DESIRED*.
The user must enter project properties to change which Groups have access - cumbersome.
Additionally, if the user forgets and has to update later, then they have to change all System File group access rights. Again, not desired.

- Workaround :
- Create a template project with the desired type of groupe access
- And use it as a template for the rest of projects creations
The above workaround creates other undesired issues and must be specific to all Groups created - we have many Groups.
