Windchill Risk and Reliability Delete All In Web GUI

Is it possible to separate the Delete Record and Delete All options in Windchill Risk and Reliability Web GUI? The options are separated in Desktop GUI but for some reason the grouping are different on the Web GUI. The options being inconsistent between Web and Desktop interfaces, along with the fact that Delete Record and Delete All are so close to each other in the Web interface has caused some users to unintentionally delete all records.
