In factories where multiple Windchill products are supported, users who support the factory are added to all products in that factory. In Windchill a user can only be added to one product and one role at a time. Windchill requires the product administrator to go into each product to see what roles the person has, product by product, as opposed to allowing the administrator to view all products in which the user has roles.
This product idea is requesting a utility (something like this image) where multiple products, multiple roles, and multiple users can be managed at the same time, instead of product by product team page.
