As a FIRST team coach, I would like to be able to easily move team members in and out of team roles. This can be done today with the combination of Copy/Paste to add someone to a new role and Copy/Paste/Delete to move them from one role to another. The problem is, this is not intuitive and not an expectation of someone using an enterprise PLM system to manage a team. Windchill should have a much easier way to associate people with one or more roles; dynamic drag-n-drop, simple role editor (like windows groups) or some type of inline drop down menu.
The current process is not scalable either. It is very difficult to management a large team with hundreds of users using the defined methods. Windchill teams need to support the modification of roles not only for a single user, but also for a large selection of users at once.
