Windchill baselines objects are critical business configurations. As such its important to understand who last modified these configurations. Currently it's not possible to determine who last modified the baseline content. Suggests adding 'modified by' attribute so that its possible to determine who last edited baseline object & why.

This capability is required to facilitate building an effective change history for baseline objects. We have had changes made to baseline content but not able to track who made the change.

Fully agree. On a business stand point of view Users need to know who modified the baseline for the last time. So, the "Modifed By" attribute must be added to the Managed Baseline object as on OOTB attribute.
