Windchill cluster support for Thingworx Navigate

Hi Team,

 

We are at Philips using Navigate 1.5.2 based on Thingworx 8.0.1 platform to be connected to Windchill Cluster.

We have our servers in AWS cloud with load balancer (ELB) at front.

We would like to have formally approved solution from ptc supporting Thingworx Navigate connected to Windchill via load balancer (ELB).

 

Currently this is not formally supported by ptc. Reference case :

Requesting such feature that would help Philips to enable this IOT platform for future use.

Support for Windchill clusters was implemented with Navigate 1.8. the support article (CS269028)  referenced in the request has been updated to reflect this.
