currently, there is a single field for assembly cost, and that value gets applied to every cost hierarchy
Use case- we have multiple manufacturers, and each of them has a different assembly cost. We would like to build a hierarchy per manufacturer, that will add up all the component costs then add the assembly cost that applies to that manufacturer.
