The Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Workgroup Manager for Windchill could use an "Update Titleblock" command for Annotation drawings.

This functionality is available in Model Manager integration with Modeling, and is useful.

Sometimes part/article information is put on the titleblock and when changed, the only workaround is to delete/load the drawing to have the titleblock updated.

Or when a new frame is put on the drawing, or ...
