CATIA service pack and hotfix version check between CATIA and Workgroup Manager is added at Windchill 11.0.

 

But our customer install CATIA hotfixes into all CATIA clients without notice so many WGM users will see the warning message about hotfix incompatibility after installation of the CATIA hotfixes.

 

Of course service pack version should be checked but we need capability that doesn't display the warning message if only hotfix versions are not same.

For Windchill 11.0 M020 and greater:

There is a workaround available to ignore CATIA SP mismatch between the CATIA abstraction library and CATIA application. The detail is available in the PTC Technical Support article. (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS244504)

"workaround available to ignore CATIA SP mismatch", yes but this does not ignore the Hot Fix. and this is the request here.

it's painful each time to see this mismatch warning for version which is not in phase with compiled library's.

I think you mean a warning message at client message area (not popup) for CATIA hot fix version mismatch. From Windchill 12.0.0.0, this hotfix/SP mismatch warning is suppressed when PTC_WGM_IGNORE_CATIA_SP_MISMATCH is set.
