ability to define copy rules for Configurable links

ability to define copy rules for Configurable links

Configurable links (describe, reference and master links) are subtypable in type manager.

But only able to define copyrules (copy behaviour during save as ) at the top parent level ...

nice to be able to define copy rules at the sub type level
