It should be allowed to set different Change Object Templates located on ORG level as default in different contexts.
As is:
If a Change Object Template is created, it is stored on ORG level.
Only one Change Object Template for a specific Change Object Type can be set to "Default" for all contexts in this ORG.
To be:
In the different contexts it should be allowed to set other Change Object Templates as default, independent from the ORG default.
