Often you want to provide a drop down list at the end user with a range of values. because these values do not always provide enough detail for the user, you also want to display an additional description or recommondation for each value. This allows new users to easily adopt the environment, and guide them to what the need to fill in.
Many old systems have this functionality already builded in (cfr. Cocreate WorkManager). A similar functionality is desirable for Windchill as well.

the second, third and n-th column should be configurable by defining a description/display value with seperators in the global enumeration
