enable Calendar Delegate for Action Item

Company Liebherr, we develop e.g., excavators, cranes and trucks. I am Windchill Org. Admin.

Windchill version 12.0.2.7

By default, the “Calendar Delegate” is working for Workflow Task but not for Action Item, the idea is to enable the "delegate" for Action Item

Use case: due to an accident, Peter is absent from work for three months. An administrator can arrange a delegation via the Windchill calendar, so that a task assigned to Peter is automatically reassigned to another person. This works perfectly for a Workflow Task but not for an Action Item.

This improvement will significantly improve the functioning of the company, as the tasks of the action items will be automatically redirected to the delegated person.
