be able to Configure the table to add:

- WTPart Master common attributes

- WTPart attributes

- Classification attributes

The ability to edit Part and Part Usage attributes in the structure tree is available in PSB in Windchill 11.0 M010.  There are some limitations on master and some other attribute types (we don't yet support Cascading Attributes in the Structure tree for example)
