When a new season is created; it does not reflect in "My Seasons" drop down list unless the left navigation pane is refreshed.

R&D and PM confirmed this is a known issue and it has been scheduled as an enhancement request for future versions. Suggest the customer to log an idea on PTC website.Close this case as no response for one week; ask the customer to reply email to contact PM Tammie or TS if they have further question or concern.
