reactivate Indexing after installing a CPS

When installing a CPS in site.xconf "wt.index.enabled" is set on false at the end of the file for Update and not removed when update has been finished.

For following failures at Index.Queues in Knowledgebase you get info to update to next CPS or to try differ settings. All this problems have been solved on our site just by removing this entry.

The bad taste is that this setting is at the end of site.xconf so my refernece to our own xconf is also overwritten.

proposal #1: Automatically remove settings in site.xconf that have been made for Update at the End of Installation
