remove saved report from other organization

in a multiorganization installation, saved report table looks for all the saved report in the site, but the saved report from other organization than yours are displayed as "secured information".

policies to refuse read permission on other organization does not work as product specification.

idea is to be able to use policies with participant from organization

It is a pain in the neck all these "Secured information" you can not hide in your Org.
