resource pools should be supported in all kinds of workflows and routings

Currently the use of ressource pools for approver or other roles is supported for promotion requests and setup participant tasks -> based on CS229943 & CS68301 in 10.2 M030

For other routing processes like Workpackages this is not supported and the whole organization can be selected. It is not even limited to a context role or team!

For New Part Request this is also not available and would require a dedicated "Setup Participant" Task.

The behaviour should be harmonized and work in the same way across all kind of routings and workflows.

Oliver - in 10.2 M030 the ability to use specific Team roles rather the whole Teams, Groups or Orgs in Resource Pools was added.  This can be used for any workflow activity.  Have you looked at this for your needs?  It seems it should support what you have asked for.

This is only working for PDMLINK standard workflows but not for Adhoc routings in Projektlink or Workpackage in Pdmlink
