Some customers responded to Pitotech engineer that they always misundersood the error message -- Name cannot contain any of the following characters: \/:*?<>;
they misunderstood \/ to V, they suggest PTC should change it to fullwidth instead of halfwidth, or add a space between every symble. That may become \ / : * ? “ < > ;
