wildcard search for attributes with enumeration

when you have an attribute with an enumerated list, with simular entries, you may want to search for all values which start with particular part, followed by a wildcard. up til now, you can only pick a value from the enumated list. This should behave like a suggested picklist.

 eg.:  picklist field. 3.1 -3.2 IACS - 3.2 BV - 3.2 GL - CE -->  you want to search for 3.2*
