Navigate 9.7 OOTB apps: Are they still using Legacy RESTEasy?

Curious if anyone knows this. I will be moving to WC 13.0.2 and Navigate 9.7. I know my current system, that the current default Navigate apps use Legacy RESTEasy webservices. (right?)

In the new versions, will that change over to OData? Have they been overhauled?
