While using the action 'Edit Part Usage' of Mass Change Operation, if a part for which we are changing the usage exists multiple times in a BOM then the mass change operation should notify that the part exists multiple time.
Scenario :
When we change the BOM through mass change activity by "EDIT PART USAGE" if a part is in 3 line items in one assembly, and if we input only part no. and part usages (Line Item is Blank) than windchill will update the quantity of all the parts,
Proposed Behaviour : When changing quantity for a part If line item is blank then system should notify for the line item selection if part exists more than one line item in BOM so it will help update the quantity for specific line item.
