When expanding a Keyword in Integrity such as $Header$, $Author$, $Log$, $Date$, etc. a whitespace character is always added before the last Dollar Sign
Please make this optional in Integrity: "a whitespace character is added before the last Dollar Sign"
As: almost all if not all good IDEs and text editors format code and remove trailing whitespaces...
If this is done on unchanged files, there are many file differences, obfuscating comparisons.
Background is that when a file is changed, often unnecessary differences are shown due to fixing of typos etc. The common solution is to leave the errors in and not change them, and when we remove the trailing space post-rollout, there will be many differences in the files due to this.
It would be best to fix the bug in the script which writes the revision log comments, so that in the future the code files are less error prone and diffs are easier.
