Admin Report: Usage of Access Groups in Module Configuration Management

Admin Report: Usage of Access Groups in Module Configuration Management

Over the time there will exist a lot of access groups within Integrity, created for lots of different Subproject nodes.

It would be a great benefit, if there would exist an Admin Report which would bring out the info, WHERE access groups are in use.

The report should also contain infos from Archive as well as for Shared Subprojects.

Hi Klaus

Could you please check and confirm how this idea is different from another idea submitted by you: Create a Report or use a view which Show me all subprojects where a user or a Group has access to? I believe they are linked and more or less expect the same.

Regards

Gaurav

With my comment from April 26th, 17 and the change of the title done by Vivendra Chavan it sounds similar now.

I had added one last point to the other idea.

If the votes from this could be added to the other, then this idea could be closed.

Regards,

Klaus

Yes. Noted! As stated above this idea is under consideration and getting tracked with Create a Report or use a view which Show me all subprojects where a user or a Group has access to

A multi-dimension report (flexible like a pivot table) for admins is needed to show:

  • Permissions for a user or a group on certain member or project.
  • It shall be possible to drill down on defineable permissions, groups, users as kind of a filter.
  • It needs an option to actually evaluate defineable permission on any level out of the project / sandbox view
  • I want to see all user being able to work on this level (having this or that permission)
  • I want to see what permissions a dedicated user / group as on a certain project / member.
  • I want to see what a user is able to see (projects/members) / do (permissions) in his assigned roles
